Abstract

PURPOSE: Review article investigates the crucial role that diagnostic assays play in determining the effectiveness of medical tests and procedures. METHODOLOGY: It describes the procedures used in these studies, such as randomized controlled designs and real-world evidence, that ensure accuracy and reliability. MAIN FINDINGS: The paper highlights how diagnostic assays improve patient outcomes and aid clinical decision making by focusing on case studies and recent advances. CONCLUSION: Finally, a comprehensive review of diagnostic tools is necessary to advance healthcare and improve treatment options. Study throws some light on Covid-19; miRNA; mRNA; ion Channels & Historical aspects (palm leaf mss., about diagnosis).
